Preliminaries

The Band departed for Montreal by bus after completing its Senior Day activities at Alumni Stadium
They arrived in Montreal at about 0200 where they spent the night at
College de Maisonneuve, a few blocks from Olympic Stadium

It was a short "night" in a well lit gymnasium ... first wake up calls issued at 0630
Breakfast served by Mr. Parks and the Drum Majors

... Olympic Stadium in the distance ... a short walk in blustery winter conditions...

Waiting outside ... time for pictures and some fun...

... interesting sights and photo ops enroute to the field ...


Warm-up and Practice

The Band had a great practice session ... adapted well to the field layout and acoustics.
Time now for picture taking, lunch, and more relaxation before the game begins.

Pre-Game Performance

Excitement builds as game time nears
Alouette Cheerleaders entertain their season ticket holders at a pre-game party.
UMMB enters the field for the Pre-Game Show

Alouettte Fans again prove to be a very warm,
enthusiastic, and appreciative

Band Parents get an up-close and personal view of the show

60,000 fans deliver a roaring standing ovation
that thrills both Mr. Parks and the
magnificent Minuteman Marching Band !
